Kick off our summer night school with a plain-language intro to democratic socialism — no reading, no jargon, just your questions and ours.

Curious about democratic socialism but not sure where to start? This is the session for you. We break down what democratic socialism actually means, where it comes from, and — most importantly — what it looks like organizing here in the Rio Grande Valley.

No prior reading is required and there are no wrong questions. Come as you are, bring a friend, and stay for the conversation afterward.
